For Lucy's eleventh birthday party, we planned a Mexican Fiesta complete with Mariachi music, a taco dinner, sombreros, a pinata, a Spanish dancer doll cake, and The Three Amigos movie. We found fun decorations on Amazon and the Mariachi channel on Pandora, and I dug up instructions for making a Barbie cake. You only turn eleven once, right? Vamos! Estupendo! Ole!
