
Gavin played T-Ball this spring with his best pal Cooper. It was hilarious watching these boys practice and try to figure out what baseball was all about. They mostly flopped on the ground whenever the ball came their way. I had my doubts, but when it came time for an actual game, they did pretty well.

Gavin got good at batting.

And running the bases, careful to touch each one.

Gavin was excited about fielding. (Austin was a great outfield coach: "OK, boys, get in a crouch! Punch your mits! The ball is coming your way!" and generally trying to keep them from sitting down or wandering off.)

I think his throwing form needs a bit of work. It looks like he's kicking a field goal.
